Henry Laker
Managing Director
Henry has over 25 years experience of partnering with clients to create creative, marketing-led solutions which deliver results and business success. When not working, he’ll be gardening or trying to keep control of his four mad Jack Russell terriers.
Tim Rylatt
Commercial Director
Tim is a highly experienced business coach and has a real personal passion for marketing and sales. He likes to investigate buyer motives and create smart solutions to communicate towards them. When away from work Tim enjoys riding his motorbike and going to the cinema.
Juliet Rylatt
Finance Director
Juliet is the organiser and keeps us all in check. She loves planning, administration and providing support to the team. In her time off she enjoys reading, travelling and drinking prosecco!

Louise Fenn
Director & Marketing Team Leader
Lou is our illustrious marketing team leader. Having run her own SME for many years, she has a wealth of practical knowledge and is entirely results focused for our clients! She's always researching and learning the new marketing trends for our clients. But don't get on the wrong side of her as she fast becoming an expert knife thrower in her spare time!
Quinn Humphreys
Marketing Executive
Quinn joined the marketing team after completing his degree in digital photography at Ravensbourne University London. He enjoys creative marketing, using his photography and videography skills to think outside of the box and work with clients to create something unique. Outside of work, Quinn is an avid musician and has a passion for travel and photography.
Amanda Ripley
Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer
Having been a graphic designer since 1997, there isn’t much in terms of business sector or design format she hasn’t seen and done. Anything from brand packaging (for the likes of Tesco no less!) through to print-ready brochures and online graphics.
Chris Good
Web Designer & Developer
With over a decade in freelance web design, Chris takes projects from start to finish; he works with clients to create beautiful websites with fantastic user experience, and which create powerful marketing opportunities for their business. When not at his desk, Chris enjoys motorbike trips, climbing, mountain biking and other outdoor activities.
Joanne South
Marketing Manager
Responsible for Growth by Design’s own marketing, Jo uses her honed marketing skills, having worked for some of the biggest digital marketing agencies in the UK, for the benefit of the SME sector. She enjoys visiting art exhibitions and traveling.
